Here are the questions I get asked a lot:

I already go to the gym. Do I really need this?

That's exactly why you need it. If you're putting in the work but not seeing results, there's a reason. This assessment tells you what's actually going on – so you stop wasting time and start making progress. You wouldn't just "cook dinner" with no plan – why are you training with no direction?

How long does it take?

Roughly 45 minutes for the full assessment. Then you'll get your personalised report within 4 hours.

You'll leave knowing exactly what you're working at and what to focus on.

What if my GP says I'm fine?

GP check-ups are basic: blood pressure, weight, maybe cholesterol. This goes deeper – measuring cardiovascular fitness, movement quality, strength, and body composition. Things your GP doesn't typically test for.

Will you pressure me to sign up for personal training?

No. The Health MOT is valuable on its own. You get the full assessment, report, action plan, and bonus resources regardless of what you decide after. If you do want PT and I have space, your £49 gets credited to your first month. But there's no pressure.

What happens after the assessment?

You'll receive your health analysis report within 4 hours, access to all bonus resources immediately, and I'll call you after 30 days to check in. After that, it's up to you whether you want to continue training with me or use the action plan on your own.
